The Challenge
The project needed more than a storefront. The business required a complete operating system for products, inventory, orders, discounts, blog content, reviews, shipping settings, and customer-facing shopping flows. I handled the product architecture, frontend experience, backend APIs, admin workflows, deployment, and ongoing support.
The Approach
I structured the platform around reusable commerce primitives: products, variants, categories, stock state, orders, users, and content sections. The customer side focuses on speed, clarity, and trust, while the admin panel gives the owner practical control over the store without needing technical support for every update.
The Result
The final product is a scalable e-commerce and CMS system with a polished shopping experience, secure authentication, OTP-assisted checkout, dynamic blog publishing, and a dashboard that supports the real operational needs of the business.
